Boost.space 4.0 Sneak Peek #2: Desktop, Sidebar and Table View Redesigned

Okay guys. Boost.space is about to go through a the biggest transformation yet. That’s why we’ve also decided to update the system’s UI. Yeah, new system desktop, new sidebar and table view are coming. Let’s explore the innovations in today’s article.

Boost.space 4.0 Sneak Peek #2: Desktop, Sidebar and Table View Redesigned

System Desktop as Neat as Ever

The most noticeable change in the fourth version of System Desktop is a complete reorganization and streamlining of the main dashboard. We’ve removed unnecessary clutter and pop-ups to help users navigate the system faster and make it easier to access important information about their scenarios.

On one dashboard, you can access your modules, Appflows (to be continued – stay tuned!), and both active and inactive scenarios. Additionally, you’ll find details about your operation and record limits, along with useful resources such as system guides, partnership options, and updates on the latest news.

Sidebar to Make Your Life Easier

On top of it all, we’re introducing sidebar! I know, I know – it was about time. You know what this means: home button, Boost.space Academy, news, all your active modules, and all system parts you might want to have immediate access to in one place, always

Innovations in Data Flow

Value Metrics & Simplified View

We’ve added the Key Metrics to the System Data Flow view. Every automation is bringing your business a different value: one is automatically sending emails, another edits pictures, writes descriptions etc. The goal of Value metrics is to allow you to see what value does each individual integration bring to your business in numbers.

Users can set up the system behind each Value Metric themselves, and they are free to choose their name and counting mode. It can be a number of emails sent, photos edited, reviews gathered, or anything really. Trust me, it’s very satisfactory.

Plus, I also have some good news for those of you who are not always in the mood to watch the Consolidation Flow in its full complexity. Now, you can just turn off the Data Consolidation view and only watch the simple icon of the selected module.

Select Tool View Improvements

We’ve enhanced searching through tools available for the import/export of data. Explore your tool options with smart search, via categories like CRM, e-commerce, invoicing, ERP, AI, and more, and choose the final tool according to the tooltips that tell you more about each application after hovering over it.

Table View Simplified and Enriched with New Functions

We simplified the table view to make it more compact and easier to navigate.

Smart Item Search with Predefined Space Conditions

A major improvement in the table view in Boost.space 4.0 is the ability to create thematic column groups based on the selected use case. You’ll no longer need to scroll kilometers from left to right to find the desired column – with a predefined view of the given space, you’ll see only the relevant columns. What you’re looking for will now be found much faster.

Connecting Data from Multiple Databases

Boost.space is all about managing data from one place. Now, it’s easier than ever.

I know, I know – linked record(s) are no news here, BUT we’ve added a Look-up Custom Field, allowing you to find and integrate an entire field from a third-party database.

Whether you need to merge customer information with product purchase data, link client details to billing documents, or combine employee records with tasks, Boost.space makes it simple.
