Operations are related to our integration scenarios. Whenever any task is performed by your integration, it counts as an operation. It is very similar to Zaps in Zapier or Operations in Make. If you run out of your operations, your data synchronization scenarios will stop. Operations are refreshed each month or you can also upgrade your Tier. Typically it takes between 2-4 operations to sync one record to or out of Boost.space (this depends on the third-party tool and the complexity of your integration scenarios). During the first sync, usually, all records are synchronized, and then only changes get updated across your tools, optimizing the number of operations consumed. Please keep in mind that this depends/varies on the possibilities of your source or destination third-party tools.

Records are basically rows in the Boost.space database. The limit of records indicates maximum number of records in your Boost.space platform (limits are counted across all databases). If you reach your records limits, Boost.space wont allow you to create more records. You can free-up the space by deleting old records or by upgrading your Tier.

An admin can set up the Boost.space system, create and manage integrations and automation scenarios - only admins have access to the integrator engine. A user can use Boost.space and thus work with centralized data inside the Boost.space environment - they do not have access to the integrator engine.

It is the number of rows in the Boost.space database - so inside Boost.space modules it is each contact, task, note, calendar event, work report, invoice, form response, order, offer, business opportunity, product, purchase and custom modules.

In order not to cause you any trouble with your data flows, we won't stop your scenarios. However, we will contact you promptly and together we will find a solution such as upgrading to a higher tier or otherwise increasing your limits. You can always check your system usage within your dashboard or in settings.

One Boost.space system (system instance) is only meant for one company. However, you can set up multiple system instances that you can access with your one user account via  Boost Gate.

Yes, Boost.space is GDPR compliant, so your data is safe. Boost.space offers features to keep your contact database GDPR compliant, however Boost.space is not responsible for ensuring that the data you store inside it is GDPR compliant.
