New Release: Accelerated Performance, Indicated Level of Sync Difficulty, Desktop Scenario Updates

This time, we’ve made notable progress in speeding up the system, especially in table mode. With decreased hardware load, the platform now performs better on lower-performance devices and mobile phones. We also introduced a feature to filter applications by the difficulty of their integration, facilitating easier creation of integrations. But there’s much more—discover it below.

New Release: Accelerated Performance, Indicated Level of Sync Difficulty, Desktop Scenario Updates

⚙️ System & Settings

System Acceleration

This release includes another significant system speedup, noticeable especially when working with tables. Because the hardware has less load, the system performs better, even on lower-performing devices and phones.

  • Editing, adding, and deleting individual items is noticeably faster, even when working in a module with a large volume of data and a high number of records.

Main Desktop – Manual Scenario Updates

  • We have added the possibility to manually update scenarios to the main desktop
  • Now, the user can quickly update scenarios by clicking on the three dots next to the import (attach data) and export (share data) sections of scenarios on the main desktop and selecting “Reload scenarios.”

  • For example, if a scenario has been deleted from the integrator, the scenario will also be deleted from the main desktop.
  • This prevents the user from deleting the scenario in the integrator but still seeing it on the main desktop as it is waiting for the scenarios to reload automatically.

Main Desktop – Updated Icons in the Bottom Bar

Subtle changes have been made to the icons in the bottom bar menu.

  • New users will see “New” in the bottom right bar next to the icon linking to Boost.space Video Academy in the system.
  • The same applies to the News icon, where the “New“ notice will appear every time some news is available.

Custom Fields

  • The user now has the option to set the custom field label after clicking “Advanced settings”
  • The labeling of the custom field “Linked items” has been improved.

🧩 Modules

Integration – Added New Filters and Difficulty Categories

  • When creating a new integration, the user can now choose from new filters to categorize applications into “All applications“ and those that are “Already in use.

  • Some tools are more difficult to integrate than others. To help users identify different levels of difficulty, we’ve divided applications into three categories: Easy, Intermediate, and Difficult.

🌶️🌶️ Simplified sync with pre-made templates

Integration Creation – Duplicates Notification

  • When a user selects a duplicated key column while creating integration, the duplication error message is redisplayed indefinitely to give the user enough time to read the error.
  • We’ve also added a feature forbidding the integration to continue if the key column is still duplicated.

Purchases – Adding Bulk Supplier

  • Added the ability to select a supplier in bulk for all stock requests when creating a purchase from a stock request.
  • If a stock request contains a sub-request and the user selects the bulk purchase option, the user no longer has to enter a supplier for each item manually but can assign a supplier in bulk to all items in the purchase.

Orders, purchases

  • Now the user can set his own price for items in the purchase and also in the receipt created from a specific purchase.
  • Fixed item price calculation when creating a purchase from an order.

Stock Requests – Module Enhancements

  • We’ve added the ability to view and search through stock requests regardless of whether it is a request subordinate to another.
  • In the table view, there is now a new option to switch between the “hierarchy” and “table” views.
  • In the “hierarchy” view, the user sees the requirements sorted according to whether they fall under the parent requirement.
  • In the “table” view, the user sees all stock requests regardless of whether they are subordinate and can filter between them.
  • Also, the counting of items in purchases has been corrected to correctly display the counts in stock as of the date of the stock request and in purchases when the user confirms the purchase.
  • Fixed the saving of a receipt that the user creates from a stock request or purchase.
