Boost.space Release Notes 4.5.3

🔥 Major Improvements

Faster System Loading

We’ve upgraded to a new server cache, significantly improving system loading speeds and overall performance.

Faster Data Processing with Asynchronous Data Saving Feature

Editing and saving a single record no longer blocks work on other records. This significantly improves system performance and speeds up workflows for users. For example, if a user edits a record in a table and saves it, they can immediately continue working on the next record without delays.

Smart Field Group Display

With this feature, you can now filter Custom Fields in tables based on their Field Group position. To give an example, if you set a group as “Primary View”, only fields with this view will appear across spaces. This keeps your tables clean and focused, showing only the most relevant data.

  • Improved Table Settings: Users can filter the display of custom fields in table views based on their assigned groups.
  • Validation Fixes: Required fields now correctly prompt users with a red highlight and a “Required” message if left empty.

Improved Bulk Actions in Modules

Users can now move selected records across multiple spaces at once.

  • Products Module Upgrade: Records can now be transferred to multiple spaces simultaneously.

👌 Other Innovations

Split View Update

Now, when editing an record in a table, it will also be locked in Split View until the editing is completed. This prevents data loss, system freezing, and other errors.

Enhanced Search Capabilities

Users can now search within tags directly in the tabular display.

Pricing Page Redesign

The pricing page now matches the style of the pricing offer on the Boost.space website for consistency.

Updated UI Colors in the Integrator

The settings menu in the Integrator now matches Boost.space’s main brand colors for a more unified look.

Mandatory Fields Adjustment in the Contact Module

When creating a new contact, users must now fill in either the “Last Name” or “Email” field—only one is required.

✨ Additional Minor Fixes and Improvements

  • Optimized Data Loading: Fixed an issue where all custom fields were being reloaded when viewing record details. Editing, saving, and filling out custom fields is now smoother and faster.
  • Better Restricted Space Visibility: If a user doesn’t have access to a space (e.g., in shared tag settings), instead of seeing a dash (-), they will now see that the tag belongs to a “Restricted Space.”
  • Bug Fix – Displaying Linked Record: A new setting allows users to choose whether linked records should be displayed in both directions.
  • Bug Fix – Purchase Receipt Creation: We’ve fixed an issue where the “supplier” field was being erased after selecting a warehouse while creating a purchase receipt.
