Boost.space Release Notes 4.4.0

🔥 Major Improvements

Major Speed Improvements across the Entire Platform

We’ve reworked the system so you no longer have to wait for all fields to load before interacting with a module.

  • We’ve tackled slowdowns in inventory card details and purchase item details—now everything loads significantly faster. No more unnecessary data reloading—this optimization keeps your workflow smooth and efficient.
  • Optimized transitions: We’ve also significantly improved table loading speeds to enhance the overall performance. Switching between spaces with different table column configurations now happens more quickly and without delays. The loading speed of the filter panel has also been refined to provide a smoother and faster filtering experience.

Searching Data across Modules or Spaces & Smarter Bulk Editing

You can now search within editable fields when bulk-editing items in table view. This is especially useful for users with many custom fields—quickly find what you need and make bulk changes in seconds.

Make an API Call Module

The “Make an API Call“ module is now available across all Boost.space modules, giving you complete flexibility in integrations. With this feature, you can create custom API requests to any third-party tool, even if there’s no pre-built module available.
  • Works in all Boost.space integration modules
  • Supports GET, POST, PUT, DELETE requests
  • Allows customization of headers, query parameters, and request bodies
  • Enables seamless data retrieval, updates, and automation
Now, you can connect Boost.space to virtually any API and tailor your workflows exactly to your needs

Enhanced AI Field Content Generation

The system now includes improved validation for AI fields, providing even more accurate results for generated content. Consistency has also been enhanced for the AI Data Transformation feature, ensuring reliable and precise outputs.

Add Custom Favicon to Sidebar

We have updated the system to ensure that your custom favicon, uploaded via the Design section in System Settings, is now displayed in the left sidebar. If no custom favicon is provided, the default Boost.space favicon will appear instead.

👌 Other Innovations

New Fields for Product Variants

Two new fields, “Description” and “Additional Information,” have been added to the Variant tab in product details. These fields allow users to work with more specific information related to product variants.

“Creator Toolkit” Installation Visibility

When you install the “Creator Toolkit” Appflow from the Marketplace, the system will now display confirmation in the settings, showing that it has been successfully installed.

View Previous Integrations

A new option has been added in the About System section of System Settings, allowing users to enable the display of older integrations. Although primarily intended for users of legacy systems, this feature is now available if required.

Profile Management: Email Changes via Support

To ensure seamless integrations, users can no longer change their email addresses manually. Instead, you can request an email change through our support team.

Appflow Installation: Custom Fields Now Auto-Connect

When you install Appflow in a new space, the “My Custom Fields” group now connects automatically. No extra steps needed—just install and start adding custom fields right away!

AI-Generated Fields: Clearer Consent Flow

The first time you interact with an AI-generated field, you’ll now see a clear prompt to accept AI usage terms. This confirmation now also appears when generating AI fields in the Tasks module wysiwyg editor.

Split View: Smoother Item Loading

We’ve optimized how items load in a split view, making everything run more fluidly for a better experience.

✨ Additional Minor Fixes and Improvements

  • Modules: We’ve fixed an error related to editing the space name. Now it’s possible to edit the space name in any module.
  • Space Settings: Status icons within the space settings are now working fine.
  • Custom Fields: We’ve unified the appearance of custom fields when they’re unfilled, giving them a cleaner and more professional look.
  • Projects: Now, when you click on a connected space in the Projects module, you’ll only see the items from that space—no more unrelated data cluttering your view.
  • Tasks: You can now seamlessly move tasks to another space directly from the task detail view.
  • Custom Module: When exporting items to Excel, all values from custom fields are now correctly included.
  • Faster Warehouse Module Loading: The inventory module has been optimized to quickly load stock items and movements. Systems with many records previously experienced slowdowns, but these improvements ensure faster performance even on devices with lower processing power, reducing the risk of application crashes.
  • Stock Requests: No More Infinite Loading: We’ve optimized performance to eliminate infinite loading when switching between tabs in the stock requests module.
  • Custom Module: Displaying Remote ID of connection made in the Integrator within the Table view.

Smart Field Group Display

With this feature, you’ll be able to filter Custom Fields in tables based on their Field Group position. To give an example, if you set a group as “Primary View”, only fields with this view will appear across spaces. This keeps your tables clean and focused, showing only the most relevant data.
