We have successfully completed the ISO 27001:2022 certification process. It’s another vital piece of the puzzle that demonstrates to our clients that we take their data security with absolute seriousness.
The process was not just about obtaining a certificate. It helped us refine internal controls and our approach to identifying, assessing, and treating information-security risks.
What is ISO/IEC 27001:2022?
It is an internationally recognized standard for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). The 2022 version is the latest update, specifically designed to address modern challenges like cloud services and remote work.
The certification stands on three main pillars:
- Confidentiality: Ensuring only authorized persons have access to data.
- Integrity: Ensuring data is accurate and protected against unauthorized changes.
- Availability: Ensuring information and services are available whenever you need them.
What brings the 2022 version?
Compared with the previous edition, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 updates the control framework used to assess an information-security management system. Our certificate defines the assessed organizational scope. Buyers should review that scope and the current evidence during their own security assessment.
What does this mean for you, our clients?
Our certificate was issued by TNV and is accredited by IAS (International Accreditation Services). This provides evidence that our information-security management system has been assessed against ISO 27001:2022:
